Click “Lists” in the upper right hand corner of any screen, and choose Import Entities from Salesforce in the drop-down. Review the list of Non-Person Entities that will appear below the People Entities section, and click the entity that you would like to import.
Choose the appropriate category for the entity you are importing, and click save.
- Associated Entity – Choose an entity type from the drop-down
- Exclude – If you do not want this entity to be imported AND you would like this entity to no longer show up in the list of available entities to import, choose this
Repeat this process for each entity that you would like to import.
